In this Policy “you” or “your” refers to you, the “User” (the person visiting the Website or using our Services) and “RealEstateFinder.com”,  “we”, “us” or “our” refers to Signature Paradise Florida Properties, LLC.

BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR WEBSITE OR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS OF THIS POLICY AND EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR INFORMATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS POLICY WHICH IS INCORPORATED INTO AND FORMS PART OF OUR TERMS OF USE.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect the following two types of information from our Website Users: (a) Personally Identifiable Information and (b) Non-Personally Identifiable Information.

We use Non-Personally Identifiable Information to: (i) administer the Website, analyze trends and troubleshoot (ii) measure and improve the overall effectiveness and quality of our Services. For example, evaluate areas of the Website our Users engage favorably with and which areas of the Website are not so popular or maybe causing issues (iii) serve you the most appropriate version of a web page by being able to determine the technology available through your browser (iv) customize your User experience. 4. COOKIES AND RELATED TECHNOLOGIES
(a) COOKIES

We use Google AdWords Remarketing to advertise across the Internet, in particular on the Google Display Network. AdWords remarketing will display ads to you based on what parts of RealEstateFinder.com you have viewed by placing a cookie on your web browser.

This cookie does not in any way identify you or give access to your computer or mobile device.

The cookie is used to indicate to other websites that  “This person visited a particular page, so show them ads relating to that page.”

Google AdWords Remarketing allows us to tailor our marketing to better suit your needs and only display ads that are relevant to you.

(b) OTHER RELATED TECHNOLOGIES

If you do not want to receive Promotional Emails from us, you may elect to update your subscription preferences at any time or opt-out of receiving Promotional Emails at any time after registering by clicking the “unsubscribe” button at the bottom of any of our emails or contacting us from the Website.
